Can I modify or cancel my order after it's placed?

Unfortunately, once an order is confirmed, modifications or cancellations are not possible. Please double-check your order before completing the purchase.

How long does shipping take?

We offer FREE 2-4 week standard shipping on all U.S. orders. Please be advised this timing may be extended as we work with the best craftsman and tailors around the world to offer the most unique products, which may also cause your order to ship from multiple parcels from multiple locations.

What is your return policy?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. See our Return Policy for more details.

Where is my order?

You will receive an email notification an email notification with tracking information once your order is on the way. If you have multiple items in your order, you may receive multiple tracking numbers. Use our Tracking Tool to track your order.

How do I determine my size?
